A non-refundable contribution to the Sustainable Growth Fund of an amount starting from $150,000 for a single applicant up to a family of 4.

This donation amount may vary based on the number of dependants included in the main applicant’s application.

By Investing In Real Estate

Independent investment in a government approved real estate project at a minimum value of $400,000 for a single applicant which must be held onto for a minimum of five years

Alternatively $200,000 for a joint investment with another main applicant in a single piece of real estate ($200,000 each, $400,000 total). Minimum investment period of seven years.

Taxation In St Kitts And Nevis

There is no direct taxation in St. Kitts and Nevis. Even if citizens reside on the islands, they will not be subject to personal income tax, estate duty, inheritance or succession taxes, gift taxes, or net worth tax.

There is a 10% withholding tax payable by both individuals and companies that remit payments to persons outside of St. Kitts and Nevis. There is also an annual property tax in St. Kitts and Nevis that is minimal and calculated on the market value of the property.

The current rate of VAT in St. Kitts and Nevis is 17%.

Months 1 - 2

Application is reviewed and final due diligence checks are carried out. Application is approved. Investment or donation is completed.

Months 4:

Certificate of citizenship and passport is issued.
